Environmental Compliance Regulatory Specialist

ATI has a current need for a full-time Environmental Compliance Regulatory Specialist to support the rebuild of Tyndall AFB in Panama City, Florida.


Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical or biological science;
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the regulatory field (i.e.: Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA) as environmental compliance specialist on large complex multimillion-dollar Do D construction projects;
• Experience with the state of Florida on SWPPP, State and Federal Construction related Permits, Wetlands, stormwater, and ponds SME as related to reporting, recordkeeping, and monitoring of FDEP and SAJ permit applications and environmental compliance IAW with CWA, CAA, and RCRA at construction sites; and
• Working knowledge and/or training on field/environmental surveys and studies, data collection, data entry, environmental regulations, hazardous material/waste/solid waste management, damage surveys, abatement, inspections, restoration and/or other environmental compliance projects.
• Working knowledge of PFOS/PFAS contaminated soils and groundwater is a plus
• US citizenship is required

Job Type: Full-time


Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year


Location: Panama City, FL

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
