Florida Pro Wash is a small business in Panama City Beach, FL. We are professional, customer-centric, collaborative and our goal is to create the best service we can provide for our customers. Florida Pro Wash is a veteran owned and operated exterior cleaning business that services areas such as Panama City, Lynn Haven, PCB, 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin and everything in between. We offer pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, soft washing and paver sealing services to our clients. We are taking the industry/area by storm and looking to add team members who want to be a part of and help build something that they can be proud of. This position may be a feeder position for management if you are interested.

Specific Responsibilities:
· Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning services
· Perform other home services as necessary (Christmas Lights, etc.)
· Perform advertising actions
· Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, repaired, clean, and in good working order and condition

Job Requirements:
DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES DRIVE FROM PIER PARK!
· No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus.
· Physical ability to lift 40' ladders weighing over 70lbs and move around confined spaces.
- Willing and able to work up to 40' on a ladder
- Must not be afraid of heights!
- Willing and able to work on roofs
-20/20 vision with or without correction lenses of some type

Pay Structure:
$15/hr during training (1-2 weeks)
$17/hr for Junior Technicians
$18-19/hr for Lead Technicians
Technicians regularly earn tips, bonuses, commissions and profit sharing. Most pay averages $22-24/hr for fully trained technicians with these additions.
Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to communicate well and often
• Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
