Job Summary: The James Avery Jewelry Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing and selling James Avery products, and maintaining the visual presentation of the store. This role requires a deep understanding of James Avery’s brand, product offerings, and the ability to create meaningful connections with customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about James Avery products and their unique features.
• Sales Expertise: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling jewelry pieces, including charms, bracelets, rings, and other collections.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of James Avery's history, craftsmanship, and product offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating and maintaining attractive displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Order Management: Process customer orders, handle transactions, and manage inventory to ensure an organized sales floor.
• Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and encourage repeat business. Build a clientele.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewelry and familiarity with James Avery products is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
