Job Title: Maintenance Estimator/Operator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces? Lawnmasters, a reputable lawn and landscape company located in Panama City, Florida, is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Estimator/Operator to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Estimation: Accurately assess and estimate costs for routine landscape maintenance projects, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, irrigation, and pest control.
Project Planning: Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop comprehensive plans and schedules for ongoing landscape maintenance contracts.
Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability for the company.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their specific maintenance needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to assess the condition of landscapes, identify potential issues, and gather essential information for accurate estimations.
Equipment Operation: Operate and oversee the use of maintenance equipment and machinery as needed to support project operations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities meet or exceed company standards, conducting regular inspections to maintain quality control.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the maintenance and customer service teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance estimation and operation.
Education: Degree or certification in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in landscape maintenance practices, equipment operation, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management software is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of local flora, climate conditions, and landscape maintenance best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
