Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher in our Early Learning Program, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for students. You will be responsible for following and implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning experience for children.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Utilize your expertise in early childhood education to support children's development
- Implement special education strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
Qualifications
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field would be beneficial, not required
- Previous experience in childcare or teaching
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Proficiency in lesson planning and classroom management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
