Pacifica Residential is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team!
Pacifica Residential is a private company that specializes in providing professional, resident focused apartment and condominium community management. We believe that developing solid relationships with our residents, employees, vendors, investors, and partners is at the forefront of our success.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop a complete understanding of company policies and the Employee Handbook.
Assist both Assistant & Property Manager with daily administrative duties.
Answer and address resident inquiries and issues; provides outstanding customer service.
Shows and lease apartments to prospective residents.
Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
Accompany prospects to apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool and fitness center locations, shopping centers, services available, lease terms, move-in dates, apartment availability, and final lease closing.
Complete lease agreement(s) and collects all units' rental deposit, application, and administrative fees.
Inspect the conditions of premises periodically and arrange for necessary maintenance;
Compile market surveys from competitive apartment communities.
Contact prospect’s prior residences and employers for verification of rental history and employment verification.
Adheres to all Fair Housing requirements and all Pacifica Residential leasing policies.
Availability to work every other weekends according to the company’s business needs.
Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of office experience in the field or related area.
Some knowledge of the industry’s commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
Availability to work every other weekend, according to the company’s business needs.
Reliable transportation to and from the job
Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and whenever present at the community
Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook
Successfully pass both a criminal and drug screen testing
