Beeper MD Primary and Urgent Care Group is seeking dedicated and experienced Mental Health Counselor or Clinical Social Workers to join our team.
** Remote Position- Work From Home- Must be located in Florida**
As a remote a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide virtual counseling and support to patients through phone or video consultations. The candidate(s) will be responsible for managing multiple patients and their individual needs. Duties include meeting with patients and their loved ones to discuss recent successes or setbacks in their situations, developing treatment plans for patients with mental illnesses or patients recovering from traumatic events, and frequently communicating with patients to ensure their physical and mental health.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct remote assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling sessions to address patients' emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Collaborate with medical and internal teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during times of acute distress or emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and Company regulations.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Provide education and resources to empower patients and their families in managing mental health concerns.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, enhance clinical skills and knowledge, and have internal meetings with various departments.

Requirements | Certifications | Licenses:

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Valid and current LCSW or LMSW License
• 2+ years of clinical social work experience or mental health counseling
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to make psychosocial assessments and develop and implement care plans
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Digitally proficient, Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, EMR, etc.

Pay: Base pay plus monthly bonus
