• Strategic Leadership: Provide executive-level leadership in the development and expansion of QC Labs' capabilities, ensuring alignment with manufacturing objectives and integration of advanced technology systems
• Technology Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure within QC Labs, including LIMS, MES, and SAP, to support lab functions and data integrity
• Program Implementation: Lead large-scale technology implementation programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Process Optimization: Streamline lab business processes such as lab scheduling, inventory management, and sample management to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Workstreams Supervision: Manage multiple workstreams within the QC Labs, coordinating cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones and objectives

Skills

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and running IT systems and infrastructure in QC labs, preferably within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
• Technology Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of LIMS systems, with a preference for candidates with Labware experience
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading large technology implementation programs, with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of lab business processes, including lab scheduling, inventory management, and sample management
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics) with additional certifications in project management or related areas being advantageous
