Borusan Berg Pipe is the leading manufacturer of large-diameter steel line pipe in North America. We are a mid-sized manufacturer with two U. S. locations specializing in pipe production for the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for our Panama City, Florida location.

• Support project management and production planning activities.
• Maintain customer order records and orders in SAP and i5 systems, process change orders, update order status as appropriate.
• Responsible for coordination with Production, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Accounting in the sales order signoff process, order change approval process, and during order execution.
• Maintain order tracking metrics and sales figures for analysis as well as review reports prepared by production. Provide accurate and timely reports as directed by Project Manager.
• Communicate directly with customers and third-party inspectors regarding project management updates.
• Support Project Manager when needed for research, special projects, and special reporting requirements.
• Gather and disseminate information pertaining to SAP system problems.

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).

• Bachelor’s degree with one year experience in sales, logistics, industrial distribution, or related field or associate's degree with three years of experience in sales, logistics, industrical distribution, or related field.
• Relevant work experience reflective of the skills, abilities and knowledge contained in this description.
• Experience using SAP (Preferred)
