Flip Flop Plumbing and Gas is looking for a Technician Helper to support our skilled technicians in providing high-quality plumbing and gas services throughout the Panama City Beach area. This role is perfect for someone interested in learning the trade, working hands-on, and growing within a trusted, professional team.
Position Overview:
As a Technician Helper, you’ll assist our technicians with installations, repairs, maintenance, and emergency services. This is an entry-level role with excellent opportunities for training, career development, and growth into a full Technician position.
What You’ll Do:

• Assist technicians in the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including PVC, PEX, and Black Iron piping
• Support in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues
• Help with loading, unloading, and preparing tools and materials for each job
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace at job sites
• Respond to plumbing emergencies alongside the technician
• Communicate with customers to provide basic information and updates, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
