ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for likeminded, driven individuals with a passion for fitness to join our team on a self-employed basis. The TRIB3 Coach is responsible for delivering the TRIB3 Workout experience within the studio. Experience delivering group exercise classes is preferred but not essential. Great communication, energy and focus are a must. As a TRIB3 Coach will be responsible for the following:

Delivering The TRIB3 Workout

• Deliver The Workout with confidence and energy – reinforcing TRIB3’s ideology of Prepare, Sweat, Recover in each workout.

• Cue and correcting technique including coaching points and personal engagement
• Connect with TRIB3Rs before, during and after the workout
• Create a fun and safe environment for TRIB3Rs.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Compliance

• All coaches will undertake an onboarding training consisting of both e-learning and face-to-face training to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to deliver and maintain the standards of The TRIB3 Workout.

Represent TRIB3 Brand Values

• Act as a TRIB3 ambassador by promoting TRIB3, your classes and building your own personal following.
• Represent TRIB3’s values and mission to build a global fitness community where anyone can belong.

ABOUT YOU

Experience

• Experience delivering group fitness classes.
  
• Strong understanding of HIIT training, resistance-based training, and the benefits.
  
• Awareness of boutique fitness and the differences from traditional gyms and fitness clubs.

• Passionate about health and fitness
• Charismatic, confident and energetic communicator
• Professional appearance and demeanour – willing to receive feedback and learn
• Punctual with excellent time management skills
• Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics
