*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Water Project Manager to oversee and manage water damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restoration services, including fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. This role requires effective leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. *Responsibilities* - Manage water damage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to assess project needs and develop effective restoration plans. - Utilize hand tools and power tools for various restoration tasks, including carpet cleaning and mold remediation. - Conduct site inspections to evaluate damage and determine necessary restoration actions. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all aspects of project management. - Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including reports on work performed and materials used. - Train and mentor team members on proper restoration techniques and safety protocols. - Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any changes in scope. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in water damage restoration or related fields such as fire restoration or mold remediation. - Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment used in restoration projects. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions. - Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. - Certification in water damage restoration or related fields is preferred but not required.
