Mission


Responsible for controlling inventory levels in assigned warehouses. Analyze and ensure optimal supply and control of warehouse requirements. Control inventory levels and manage operations analysis reports. Implement improvements and action plans to optimize inventory levels and processes in the area in order to achieve the availability levels required for the operation.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Inventory control management in Epiroc Andean Region (Peru / Ecuador / Bolivia) Responsible for controlling inventory levels in the assigned warehouses. As well as establishing and monitoring improvement and process optimization plans:

o Control of inventory levels in all assigned warehouses
o Analysis of differences and deviations
o Analyze the balance of permanence, excesses and differences in order to coordinate the action plan with those in charge.
o Review and action plan for obsolescence and excess inventory
o Monitor the correct processing of requests through the company's systems (BPCs or others)
o Review of inventory planning with user areas and proposal of improvement plan in order to reach the availability levels required for the operation.

• Responsible for the analysis and entry of requirements

o Registration of requirements in a consolidated form to review and analyze reorder points and suggest supply of the central warehouse.
o Record the requirements in a consolidated calculation file to have the historical data and be able to analyze based on the reorder points.
o Analyze the historical consumption of all the consignment and central warehouses to suggest changes in the supply parameters for the central warehouse.
o Manage the update of the requirement review reports.
o Analyze the quantities and items requested based on the historical consumption and the client's need for shipment within the required date.
o Coordinate with the internal or external client in case they request quantities outside the consumption project.
o Control and inform the client of the lead time variations established in the contract.
o Have a detailed control of what is requested by the client.
o Track orders with imports.
o Manage the reports of pending requirements by client where the estimated date for their next delivery to the mine or warehouse in transit is reported.

• Supply supervision according to permanence

o Manage monthly merchandise for return to the client and consumption on a contractual basis (query permanence in mine).

• Analyze requests on the MRMT platform.

o Analyze each of the requests entered by the administrators of the consignment warehouses on the MRMT platform.
o Generate type 9 sales orders in the BPCS system for their attention.
o Daily update of all the information included in the MRMT platform.
o Analyze the opportunities for improvement and automation of processes through the MRMT in order to try to cover all the functions of inventory management in consignments through this system.

• Control and improve the processes in MRMT

o Generation of new users and/or change of user profile
o Continuous improvement in each of the MRMT processes, to help users reduce the interaction time with the platform. Likewise, they can obtain the information efficiently for a timely response to the client. o Solve any inconvenience that may arise with the MRMT platform, coordinating directly with the developer for this purpose.

• Inventory reports and notification of deviations in the processes

o Generation of inventory reports:
 Consignment report: analyze the stock and historical consumption of all consignment warehouses.
 Stock permanence: control the stock based on age.
 Surplus: manage the stock based on the provisioned value and conformity of return to the factory.
 Obsolescence: Detail by division of the obsolete inventory
