- Responsible for receiving & verifying invoices related to accounts payable.
- Responsible for timely processing of Petty Cash & Revolving Fund replenishment.
- Responsible for processing Reimbursement, Cash Advance & Liquidation for Employees.
- Ensures that Payment Request Form & Replenishment Form are signed by authorized signatories.
- Keeps Tracks of all PRF, Replenishment Form for Cash advances & prepares report for non-compliant employees.
- Checks & signs clearance forms & ensures no unliquidated advances or receivables are outstanding.
- Ensures that all issues relating to Employee Cash Advances, Petty Cash & Revolving fund are attended to & resolved on a timely manner.
- Ensures strict Implementations of all existing Company policies & procedures on financial transactions & formulate recommendations for improvement to the process.
- Coordinates with other Departments & Branches to resolve issues encountered.
- Maintaining Historical records & collates, sorts Account payable/Expense Report, Journal Voucher & other related Documents & maintains an orderly filing of documents & records of all transactions that are assigned in their custody.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of Bachelor in Science in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- At least with (1-2) years work experience in Accounting/Payables
- Proficiency in Accounting Standards & Principles specifically on Revenue, Cost & Accrual.
- Knowledgeable in Philippines Taxation.
- Excellent analytical skills & is able to prepare review notes that will accompany the management Report.
- Detail Oriented & demonstrates critical thinking skills.
