Call Center Agent - Insurance Claims (HYBRID in Taguig, NIGHT SHIFT)

- Handle customer inquiries related to life and non-life insurance claims via phone and other communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, processing claims, and offering guidance on the claims process.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to keep them informed about the status of their claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, claims progress, and resolutions in the system.
- Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure accurate claim processing and customer satisfaction.
- Education: High School Graduate (JHS/SHS level or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an insurance claims role (life or non-life) or related customer service role (voice accounts preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Willing to work during night shifts (US hours).
- Work Setup: Hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Must be based in the Philippines or willing to work in a hybrid model.
