Call Center / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center / Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our US-based mortgage services. This is an onsite role in Mandaue City, and experience in BPO is not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and or emails from US mortgage services.
  • Provide professional and courteous service, resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least completed Senior High School (SHS), be a college level, or a college graduate.
  • With or without experience in a BPO setting.
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City.
  • Ability to work in US hours (night shift).
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
  • For applicants with no experience, salary package is up to PHP 20,000.
  • For applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience, salary package ranges from PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
