Operations Manager

The Manager will oversee daily operations, product/service delivery, SLA adherence, financial goals, and customer interaction, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure productivity, quality, and timeliness.
- Oversee the Philippines-based operations.
- Maintain SLAs and client satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain internal and client-facing policies for maximum efficiency and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ Years in Leadership within contact centers, preferably in Mortgage Servicing Operations or related
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and oral skills.
- MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power Point).
- With experience in BPO
- With BFSI is a plus
- Must have green/black belt sigma certification
- Able to work onsite in Mandaue City and US hours.
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
