- Minimum Qualifications: Has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy or related field.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Has proven knowledge of Finance principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Has 3-5 years experience in finance
- Has 3-5 years experience in team and people management
- Well-adept in using financial systems and other related software.
- Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Has strong attention to details.
- Must be strategic thinker
- Strong influencing skills, driving change and gaining buy-in across different levels of the organization.
- Basic understanding of the OKR (Objective and Key Results) framework and its application in business settings. Ability to align team or department objectives with company-wide goals using OKRs
- Strong organizational skill to manage cadence effectively.
