Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial actions of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to best practices.
• Cash Flow Management: Track cash flow and develop strategies to optimize liquidity while minimizing financial risks.
• Financial Planning: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's financial performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Utilize findings to drive informed decision-making and propose corrective actions when necessary.
• External Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience (20+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a Head / VP or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and corporations.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes, including trips to Cebu.

Pay: Up to Php175,000.00 per month
