Company Overview:
We are a growing company experiencing an increase in workload within our accounting department, and we are looking to hire two motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistants to support our team. Position: Accounting Assistant (2 Openings)
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle collection tasks, including managing customer payments and follow-ups.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform payment reconciliation to ensure accuracy of customer transactions.
• Verify inventory balances and assist with overall inventory-related financial tasks.
• Provide general administrative support for a variety of accounting functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or accounting software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
