Customer Service and Tenant Relation Manager (Exp. in Mall or Hotel Industry)

- Management of customer service training
- Show a good example of customer service behavior to subordinates
- Review training module and recommend improvements, if any
- Organize and schedule quarterly mall Store Manager assembly
- Responsible on customer inquiry management ensuring queries are managed and addressed in shortest period of time
- Creates basic mall FAQ and reply to templates for customer inquiries
- Manages the flow of customer inquiry and concerns and endorsing it to the proper department for fast resolution
- Establish tenant staff database to track incoming and outgoing employees
- Creates policy on the registration of incoming tenant staff
- Oversee and trains front of the house staff to ensure high level of customer service
- Plans and executes staff manning complements during peak days/hours
- Maintain high level of business partnership with mall tenants and owners
- Addresses tenants’ issues and concern in a timely manner by coordinating to the proper departments
- Orientation of incoming mall tenants pertaining to house rules and regulations
- Periodic review of house rules, recommend necessary improvements or revisions if any.
- Preferably graduates of Hospitality or Business Administration
- Over 3 years of related experience preferably in a managerial capacity
- Experience in mall management, retail industry or hotel industry is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Has basic knowledge in Japanese culture
- Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig.
Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
