Responsibilities

• Lead an engagement from the Shared Services front and ensure the team delivers timely and high-quality work, as per the company and in line with the Global team expectations.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Quality and Risk Management while performing reviews of procedures performed by Shared Services staff, along with knowledge of the company tools to ensure these are embedded into the engagement team’s work.
• Proactively discuss workflow management with the assurance teams, allocating resources to the assigned work and monitoring performance against standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, competence, clarity of communication and maintain productive relationships when dealing with the Shared Services and Global teams

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• CPA or non- CPA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting & audit function (external audit is required)
• Knowledge of accounting and assurance standards or knowledge of IFRS/PFRS / GAAP and International review standards is a plus but not required
• Above average communication skills
• Hybrid set-up (2x a week onsite) / Dayshift
