Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, helping us build robust CI/CD pipelines, and implementing automation processes to enhance developer productivity. A strong skillset in Python development is required as you will participate to the development of internal features using Python with Fast API.
Key responsibilities include

• Feature Development in Python: Collaborate with developers to design and build internal APIs using Python and Fast API to streamline operations.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Argo CD, Git Ops.
• Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using tools such as Pulumi.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud services Azure ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Automation: Automate the deployment, configuration, and scaling of applications using Docker/Podman and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Loki, or the ELK Stack.
• Security Best Practices: Ensure the security and compliance of our infrastructure by implementing Dev Sec Ops practices and regular vulnerability assessments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers to streamline the development lifecycle and improve application performance.
• Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting efforts, identify root causes, and ensure quick resolution of infrastructure-related incidents.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Dev Ops.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Hands-on experience for automating builds and deployments.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes for managing scalable applications.
• Ia C Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible. The stack will be pulumi but the concept remains the same
• Monitoring & Logging: Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog.
• Scripting & Automation: Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go) to automate workflows.
• Expertise in managing micro service architecture laveraging common use case such as API Gateway and IDP solutions.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with Dev Sec Ops to integrate security into the Dev Ops lifecycle.
• Exposure to Kubernetes Operators for managing workloads.
• Experience with serverless architectures for frontend application.
