Responsibilities:
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain extensive exposure across various business processes, requiring candidates to be agile, adaptable, and self-sufficient in managing special projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and refining innovative go-to-market strategies to effectively cross-sell microinsurance through financial institutions, maximizing market penetration.
• Enhancing below-the-line and trade marketing materials to elevate our insurance offerings and drive customer engagement.
• Designing and optimizing business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
• Leading comprehensive quantitative and qualitative market research to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends.
• Managing special projects that contribute to business growth, driving initiatives that enhance our competitive edge and expand our market presence.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5 years in relevant roles, including 2-3 years in a managerial capacity, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Willing to travel
• Market Research Expertise: Proven experience in conducting and analyzing market research studies and collaborating with research agencies.
• Marketing Proficiency: Solid background in Shopper Marketing or Trade Marketing, with a focus on Point-of-Sale Marketing materials that drive customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Management Trainee
• 4-5 years experience, with 2-3 years experience in a managerial role
• Experienced in working with market research studies and agencies

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
