Customer Service Agent (Fixed Term)

- Ensures prompt and accurate encoding of Sales/ Sales Return Orders and conversion of Sales Quotations and Electronic Purchase Orders in the ERP system. Coordinates with Sales/ Trade Customer/ Business Partner and other departments should there be any clarification or follow-up on these orders.
- Ensures that Purchase Order and their related documentation are properly turned over to the DC/ RDC for dispatch and delivery.
- Books employee and One-Time Customer (ONEC) orders and secures approval for discounts/special pricing. Ensures that payment is in order prior to processing and release of goods. Performs reconciliation of ONEC receivables as required and safekeeps unclaimed items for return to the DC.
- Provides reports and analysis as needed to promote visibility into the different facets of order processing.
- Handles the receiving of customer complaints/ feedback and ensures that these are logged, communicated, monitored and followed-up to facilitate closure within defined service level. Sends out a weekly and monthly report to Mancom.
- Conducts periodic customer survey, as necessary.
- Supports programs and activities of the Sales & Marketing Team.
- Provides employees and customers with relevant information through regular bulletins and other communication media ex. textcast, e-mail blast, bulletin board, stats board, etc.
- Trains other employees as may be necessary. Acts as back-up to other Customer Service Agents.
- Adheres to the implementation of quality policy, functional objectives, and process goals.
- Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- Minimum ofone (1) year working experience in customer service; previous experience in using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (ex. SAP, CRM, ERIC, Etc.) is a plus but not required
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Customer Service
