PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for leading and coaching a team of salespeople. A sales manager's tasks often include assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of her sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring salespeople and the observance of established company policies, rules and standards applicable to these.
Major Responsibilities:

• The District Managers are responsible in giving directions to the sales team in order to achieve sales targets. One of their main responsibilities is to analyse the business in each of their assigned territories and identify business opportunities and drivers for growth. They are essential in sales monitoring and Sales Force Efficiency to assure realization of revenues.
• Driving the business Analyses / monitors regularly the sales potential and possible development of the assigned area.
• Ensures that assigned sales targets are regularly achieved.
• Implementation and monitoring of SFE metrics of the district
• Assuring Marketing programs as implemented by sales team accurately and timely.
• Maintains an exceptional level of knowledge about Ever Philippines products, their medical/scientific backgrounds and the promotional theme used for these products.
• Leads the Visayas and Mindanao team in the organizing and staging of projects and submits a report for each one conducted in assigned areas
• Prepares Business Plans at the start of the year and periodically monitors progress

Education
Requires completion of a full college course.
Competencies

• Experience and familiarity with Neurologists and Neurosurgeons is an advantage but not required.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and coaching
• Well verse with territory management, quota setting, forecasting territory configuration.

Training & Experience
Requires 3 to 5 years of job-related training and experience.
