Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and sales support to Account Managers and Sales Group, through the following:
- Perform clerical duties
- Records keeping and documentation
- Taking in-bound calls for Sales and Marketing Group
- Contact clients for concerns and issues
· Analyze customer's needs and recommend requirements that would best meet their needs.
· Perform telemarketing activities for potential accounts.
· Coordinate with Sales and Marketing group on training, promos, and sales activities.
· Report to respective Account Manager on the progress of projects.
· Coordinate technical problems received from customer to concerned Systems Engineer.
· Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, or other related fields
· 1-2 years relevant work experience
· Computer literate
