Sales Admin Assistant

- We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant with a pleasing personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Sales Admin Assistant must be trustworthy, highly motivated, professional, organized and able to work well alone or with a team. Skilled in adhering to instructions and working under minimal supervision. Must be discreet and capable of dealing with high level of confidentiality. Extremely proactive with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character. Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Able to reliably commute or willing to relocate to Silang Cavite (location of workplace)
- Working experience in customer service or similar role
- College graduate with a related course is a plus
- Capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Available to work extended hours
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Greeting and maintaining a positive, helpful, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Providing information by delivering scripts about company products, services, prices etc.
- Keeping records of conversations, calls and messages and record useful information
- Generating sales leads
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers
- Following up customers for potential sales
- Persuading customers by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs
- Processing orders, forms, receipts and reports
- Maintaining and updating of processing and delivery schedules
- Communicating and coordinating with workmates as necessary
- Organizing documents and files
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
- Assisting executives with project tasks
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
