Assist and supports the Facilities Management and Credit and Collection Department in managing the office facilities and the need of our internal clients.
II. Essential Job Function:
- Responsible in performing regular checking of facilities
- Responsible in implementing the cleaning and checking of our admin personnel based on our standard
- Responsible in doing banking deposit and bank transactions if there is any
- Responsible in filling and scanning of various documents
- Responsible in monitoring office supplies
- Responsible in in-house assets releasing and monitoring.
