I. Job Summary:
Assist and supports the Facilities Management and Credit and Collection Department in managing the office facilities and the need of our internal clients.
II. Essential Job Function:
  • Responsible in performing regular checking of facilities
  • Responsible in implementing the cleaning and checking of our admin personnel based on our standard
  • Responsible in doing banking deposit and bank transactions if there is any
  • Responsible in filling and scanning of various documents
  • Responsible in monitoring office supplies
  • Responsible in in-house assets releasing and monitoring.
