Pleco is currently looking for a highly-organized Senior Accountant who will oversee the client's accounting operations.
Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger including the verification and preparation of journal entries.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Encode financial data such as deferrals and accruals into the ledger on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that all financial information and reporting complies with the IFRS and other regulatory standards.
• Perform audits on available financial data to confirm its accuracy.
• Support the month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and submit financial statements and other audit reports.
• Consults with the Finance Manager regarding major policy decisions, expenditures, and recurring finance-related problems.

We are looking for a candidate who resonates the values of Pleco Inc. and has the following qualifications:

• A Certified Public Accountant
• With a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or other finance-related course
• At least 5+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of advanced accounting principles and best practices
• Proficient with MS Office tools (i.e., Excel) and other Accounting Software (i.e., Xero)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
