• Oversee finance accounting, reporting and control, taxation, and audit functions
• Timely preparation and submission of financial statements, budgets, and reports required by the management
• Review and evaluate financial policies and internal accounting control system.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of transaction recording in SAP
• Organize and check monthly money collection meeting
• Monitor financial operations and arrange electronic payments
• Oversee and check data in hi-tree
• Ensure proper compliance with latest government rules and regulations regarding payments of taxes, duties and required reports
• Coordinate with external / internal auditor regarding fiscal year audit and ensure the accounting schedules / documents are available
• Prepare analysis of the results of operations and prepare monthly report for Top Management
• Oversee inventory and fixed asset counting
• Develop, train and coach staff to further department efficiency
• Perform other tasks as maybe required by Management related to financial or operational matters and company global requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
