• Shall finalize elevator/escalator/travellator specification with contracted party or other relevant parties.
• Shall prepare letter with reference to prepared drawings for submission to customers for approval and follow up to received approved drawing.
• Shall prepare final specification for order and final approved drawing and submit for manufacturing work.
• Shall attend any site meeting prior to handling over of project to Installation Department.
• Shall check returned copy of drawing or comments from architect/ consultants/ main contractor/ developers and ask drafting staff to make necessary amendments as required for resubmission.
• Shall check workshop and design drawing/sketches prepared by drafting staff prior to submission to customer.
• Shall monitor manufacturing schedule of factory according to load plan.
• Shall prepare handover information to Project Management Department.
• Shall perform any other related duties or function as assigned by Dept Manager/HOD.
• Initiate commitment and take action to comply to local Authorities Regulations, Code of Practices, Environmental Policy, relevant environmental legislation, other requirements and prevention of pollution.
