- Responsible for driving the company vehicle in a safe and law-abiding manner.
- Ensure that HEP members are driven safely to their respective destinations.
- Logs of vehicle keys of "in" and "out" and update of itinerary logbook.
- To maintain the vehicle in a good running condition and timely re-fuelled.
- Driver's itinerary are completed and no deviation without prior approval.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of company vehicle.
- Vehicle's repair tools are safely checked and has inventory.
- Responsible for sending the vehicle for regular servicing/regular maintenance and check-up.
- Deliver tools, spare parts and other materials for use of Installation and Maintenance department.
- Yearly registers the company vehicles in LTO.
- Maintains copy of OR/CR in vehicle's compartment.
- In case of accidents, secures police report and picture of the incident and report the incident to the office immediately.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the Admin Sr. Supervisor or HRAD Manager not limited to backed up to pick-up or delivery of documents/materials, assistance in office hygiene and other tasks deem necessary.
Pay: Php15,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
