- Maintain an accurate database of customer and equipment.
- Prepare newly handover equipment in system, to create maintenance plan and service order and inform/update maintenance department to carryout equipment servicing.
- To ensure the registration of equipment in the system under interim use.
- Monitor expiry of free maintenance and existing maintenance contract before 3 months, coordinate with salespersons for sales activities.
- Check new contract and create new maintenance plan and service order and ensure proper closure of old contract in system.
- Periodically carry-out audit in sales system to other sales branches and report audit result.
- Support supervisor or manager to prepare sales report reviews and monitors yearly policy and budget plans.
- Support supervisor to review/update part selling price and maintenance contract price.
- Review/Check maintenance Order Received P/L.
- Built and promotes customer satisfaction.
- Assisting Cebu and CDO in terms of GERP process.
- Performs other duties assigned by superior
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
