Job Qualifications:

Completed 2 years in college level with 1 yr BPO experience in handling travel or ANY TYPE of insurance accounts.
Good to Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Willingness to work in fixed Graveyard shift.
Must be amenable to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
Can start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
Examine clients issues, analyze information gathered using appropriate method to draw possible solutions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target
Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
Show a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, offering assistance when needed and promoting a positive team environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php23,500.00 per month
