Job Qualifications:

• Completed 2 years in college level with 1 yr BPO experience in handling travel or ANY TYPE of insurance accounts.
• Good to Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Willingness to work in fixed Graveyard shift.
• Must be amenable to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
• Can start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
• Examine clients issues, analyze information gathered using appropriate method to draw possible solutions
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target
• Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
• Show a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, offering assistance when needed and promoting a positive team environment
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php23,500.00 per month
