We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:

• At least Diploma Certificate/SHS Graduate but MUST HAVE at least 1-2 years as Customer Service Representative in BPO Industry
• Bachelors Degree Graduates with no BPO Experience are welcome to apply
• Basic English Communication Skills
• Well-Verse in Local Language
• Amenable for shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift, graveyard shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to voice queries from onshore/ off shore customers
• Handle customer inquiries telephonically
• Research required information using available resources (i.e. system used per account)
• Manage and resolve basic customer complaints, issues
• Provide customers with product and service information based on the clients needs
• Enter new customer information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource, or escalate concerns according to procedure
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs
• Produce call reports or other necessary documentation pertaining to customers interaction
