We are looking for Customer Service Representatives/CSR with the following qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 yr BPO.
• College grads with no BPO experience are welcome to apply!
• Well-Verse in Local Language
• Amenable for Shifting Schedule (Dayshift, Midshift, Graveyard Shift)
• Amenable to Work Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through calls and chats.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
• May provide assistance and guidance to other data entry staff.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Produce call reports or other necessary documentation pertaining to customers interaction

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,500.00 per month
