In-charge of the BAC Secretariat process and procurement plan implementation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Secretariat
- Coordination with all stakeholders regarding Bidding processes
- Facilitates and documents supplier meetings, site inspection and pre-bid conferences and other related functions to Bidding and other stakeholders
- Provide document review of all pertinent bidding documents and its alignment to PBSP policy, bidding update
- Review the implementation timing of projects in the procurement plan and provide regular status reports with relevant stakeholders
- Provide procurement plan summary for vendor sourcing initiatives and progress updates of all projects in the procurement plan
- Conduct regular meeting with stakeholders to ensure procurement plan status updates and needed resolution
- Assist the Procurement Senior Officer in team direction and activities
- Safekeep meeting records for future reference and audits
- Prepares report as instructed
Pay: From Php31,000.00 per month
