Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work one day in the office, 4 days a week from home and on a dayshift schedule. Our office location is in Ortigas Center.

About the role
The role of the Bids and Tenders Manager is to co-ordinate and manage APAC technology tender and bid process including responses. This pivotal and high-impact role serves as the central point of contact for all bids and tenders. The role takes the lead in directing and coordinating the necessary resources and efforts to ensure the successful completion of submissions.

• 
  Co-ordinate and manage the production of professional and comprehensive proposals and bids
• Work effectively with key members of the business to obtain the information required to compile, complete, and submit the bid
• Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids
• Monitor win / loss ratio of proposals submitted and generate monthly reports as required

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling the end-to-end process of bid opportunities with high attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Experienced user of Adobe Suite and Microsoft
• Advanced in English communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
