1. Principle responsibilities are:

• Manage, promote, and market slot operations to achieve or exceed revenue set forth by company.
• Promote good customer contact with existing customer and continuously obtain new players for growth of business operation.
• Operation efficiency and good management
• Analyse machines mixed and layout to achieve best performance

2. Manage day to day efficient and profitable operations of Slot Operations.
3. Manage the efficient running of operations by planning and monitoring the inventory, the performance of the machines, maintenance and upkeep of machines, furniture and fitting and accounting reports which include: budget control, machines daily performance, marketing and promotion.
4. Ensure excellent customer services at all time.
5. Ensure the standard operating procedures are observed and followed by all staff.
6. Monitor budget and income expenditure performance not to exceed allowable limit.
7. Ensure development and training needs are routinely identified and plans for meeting there are developed, implemented, and evaluated.
8. Review on a regular basis the staff performance, keeping in mind standard of services, grooming and continuous training for staff.
9. Analyze daily reports and prepare a realistic annual budget.
10. Do marketing and promotion planning and preparation.
11. Perform cash collection and bill counting.
12. Authorize the Cancel Credits, Jackpot and Short Pay as per policy laid down.
EDUCATION: Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or its equivalent or higher
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of Gaming Experience - Slot Operations (Required)
COMPULSORY SKILLS:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
