About the role
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing and logistics facility in Aseana Square, Parañaque City, Philippines. This full-time position will see you lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring efficient and effective processes are maintained to support the company's overall objectives.
What you'll be doing

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 2, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for efficient rider deployment and dispatch to enhance operational effectiveness.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
Communication: Maintain clear communication between riders, management, and clients to address any operational issues.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve challenges in the dispatch process, ensuring seamless operations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics and team performance to management.

What we're looking for

Experience: 2-4 years of working experience in operations management or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team effectively.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
