Operations Director (Graphics & Design)

We are looking for someone with minimum 12 years managing 24/7 multi-site operations, with experience leading and handling a team of 500+ members.
Role Summary:
The Director of Operations will oversee the daily functions and long-term strategic direction of the Presentation Graphics and Design Team across multiple sites in the Philippines. This role involves liaising with counterparts in India and the US to ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery of creative services, and optimized team performance. The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager, capable of motivating and developing a large, diverse team, with experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), service level management, workflow management with large and complex volumes, SLAs, and data sets, as well as creating related reports and policies. The role requires a high degree of ownership and accountability and availability post work hours to address urgent operational needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
