We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives. This is your chance to build your career, receive competitive compensation, and possibly train in the US to further develop your skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer calls and emails from US mortgage clients.
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Must have completed High School (HS) Senior High School (SHS), be a college level, or a college graduate.
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience.
- Willingness to work onsite in Banilad, Mandaue City.
- Ability to work night shifts to accommodate US hours.
- Good communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Willing to take sales role (upselling only)
- Up to 30k package + incentives
- Receive PHP 11,000 upon passing the SAFE assessment.
- Opportunity to fly in US for a training
- +1 HMO from day one

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
