Customer Service Representative - Insurance Claims (HYBRID in Taguig, NIGHT SHIFT)

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to life and non-life insurance claims via phone and other communication channels.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, processing claims, and offering guidance on the claims process.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to keep them informed about the status of their claims.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, claims progress, and resolutions in the system.
Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure accurate claim processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Graduate (JHS/SHS level or equivalent).
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an insurance claims role (life or non-life) or related customer service role (voice accounts preferred).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions: Willing to work during night shifts (US hours).
Work Setup: Hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Must be based in the Philippines or willing to work in a hybrid model.
