Customer Service Representative - Insurance Claims (HYBRID in Taguig, NIGHT SHIFT)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries related to life and non-life insurance claims via phone and other communication channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, processing claims, and offering guidance on the claims process.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to keep them informed about the status of their claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, claims progress, and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure accurate claim processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Graduate (JHS/SHS level or equivalent).
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an insurance claims role (life or non-life) or related customer service role (voice accounts preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Willing to work during night shifts (US hours).
  • Work Setup: Hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Must be based in the Philippines or willing to work in a hybrid model.
