This is a full-time, permanent position (On-site) with a competitive salary range of PHP 50,000 to PHP 100,000 per month.
What You'll Do:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and You Tube).
• Oversee content creation and distribution, leveraging it for SEO and lead generation.
• Design and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities, focusing on B2B marketing.
• Monitor campaigns using analytics tools, track performance, and make data-driven improvements.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, incorporating automation and personalization.
• Plan and execute webinars and online events to position our company as a thought leader.
• Optimize and manage the marketing budget across platforms to achieve the best ROI.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in digital marketing management across multiple platforms.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing, especially within the tech or professional services industries.
• Knowledge in SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging campaigns for complex services.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Linked In Advertising, or similar.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams or external agencies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration.
