This is a full-time, permanent position (On-site) with a competitive salary range of PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000 per month.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and You Tube).
- Oversee content creation and distribution, leveraging it for SEO and lead generation.
- Design and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities, focusing on B2B marketing.
- Monitor campaigns using analytics tools, track performance, and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, incorporating automation and personalization.
- Plan and execute webinars and online events to position our company as a thought leader.
- Optimize and manage the marketing budget across platforms to achieve the best ROI.
- A proven track record in digital marketing management across multiple platforms.
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing, especially within the tech or professional services industries.
- Knowledge in SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging campaigns for complex services.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Linked In Advertising, or similar.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams or external agencies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
