Are you a passionate digital marketer ready to take on an impactful role? Join our team in Mc Kinley Hill, Taguig, Philippines as a Digital Ads Specialist
This is a full-time, permanent position (On-site) with a competitive salary range of PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000 per month.
What You'll Do:

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and You Tube).
Oversee content creation and distribution, leveraging it for SEO and lead generation.
Design and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities, focusing on B2B marketing.
Monitor campaigns using analytics tools, track performance, and make data-driven improvements.
Manage email marketing campaigns, incorporating automation and personalization.
Plan and execute webinars and online events to position our company as a thought leader.
Optimize and manage the marketing budget across platforms to achieve the best ROI.

What We're Looking For:

A proven track record in digital marketing management across multiple platforms.
Strong expertise in B2B marketing, especially within the tech or professional services industries.
Knowledge in SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging campaigns for complex services.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Linked In Advertising, or similar.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams or external agencies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration.
