ACCOUNTING ANALYST
PRODUCT LINE :

• Supply and installation of natural stone products to individual houses, projects, hotels, developers and contractors.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledgeable of Philippine Taxation (VAT Reporting, Expanded Withholding Tax, etc.).
• Encoding and reviewing of all journal entries created in the computerized accounting system.
• Knowledgeable in the preparation of SEC GIS report and other SEC reportorial requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliation statement monthly.
• Maintain Lapsing Schedule for Fixed Assets.
• Assist in the Accounts Payable Section specifically encoding of petty cash fund replenishment, Cash Advance request and its corresponding liquidation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting graduate with at least 1 year experience as Accounting Analyst.
• Experience with accounting software like Quick books or similar is preferred.
• Experience within construction field is preferred but not required.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be honest, customer oriented and have good communication
• Must have strong personality, positive attitude towards work and display teamwork
• Independent and can work under minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in various MS Office applications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
