SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Works with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
· Prepares statutory accounts.
· Calculates and checks to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
· Sorts out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
· Control credit and chasing debt.
· Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits.
· Provides administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
· Preparation of check voucher, payment vouchers, check issuance and journal vouchers.
· Prepares BIR 2307 for suppliers
· In charge of Government remittances
· Performs related duties that may be required by the management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
