Responsibilities
Transactional (ensure accuracy, timeliness. and completeness of recorded transactions)

• Processing and recording of payables of up to check preparation for signature
• Processing and recording of Billing for Membership Dues and other PCA events, in preparation for Statement of Accounts (SOA) up to collection and issuing of OR.
• Recording Payroll (15th and 30th)

Month-end reports and transactions analysis

• Bank Reconciliations
• Expense Summary
• Balance Sheet Schedules and Reconciliations
• Compliance Reports (BIR Returns such as Withholding on Compensation, Expanded, Final Tax, Value Added Tax Returns and Income Tax)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Fresh Grad is welcome
• College Graduates with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and MS Office, and with experience using accounting software.
• Licensed CPA is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
