- Holds a bachelor's degree preferably in Math, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Has strong oral and written communication skills
- Has strong critical and analytical skills
- Has strong and reliable research skills
- Has strong knowledge in MS Office, Google Apps, and similar apps related to the M&E role
- Is detail-oriented, goal - driven, and self - disciplined
- Has at least 2 years of experience in an M&E roles
- Support the Project Manager in the overall implementation of various training programs
- Assist in crafting an LMI report based on research
- Ensure proper data collection, storage, and maintenance
- Analyze data as part of labor market intelligence
- Create & maintain a sustainable M&E system
- Identify risks or concerns and propose solutions
- Provide feedback and suggest strategies to the Project Manager
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
